Terms of use

Last updated 28 October 2026. These terms cover the Day App app, the website dayapp.co.uk and the service at api.dayapp.co.uk, provided by Vaitly Limited ("we").

Using Day App

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account, including by assistants you connect. You can disconnect an assistant or delete your account at any time in the app.

Your content

Cards, lists and notes you or your assistants add are yours. We store and process them only to run the service, as set out in our privacy policy.

Assistants and information

Cards may be written by third-party AI assistants you connect. We check their format and sources where they are required, but we do not guarantee they are complete or correct. Check important details, such as times, prices and medical, legal or financial information, before relying on them.

Shopping links

Purchases are made with the retailer (for example Amazon or eBay), not with us, under their terms. Prices and availability can change after they were checked. Some links earn us a commission; see the affiliate disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to reach other people's data, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

Day App is offered as it is, and we work to keep it running but cannot promise it always will. We may change these terms, and we will tell you in the app before any important change takes effect.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from relying on assistant-written content or third-party retailers.
