Connect an assistant

In the app, open Me → Connect another. For Claude or ChatGPT, add Day App as a connector with the address https://api.dayapp.co.uk/mcp and sign in with the same account you use in the app.

Change what an assistant may do

Open Me and tap the connection. "Trusted, with limits" applies its changes straight away; "Always ask me first" holds every change for your approval; "Suggestions only" lets it suggest cards that you add yourself.

Disconnect an assistant

Open Me, tap the assistant and choose Revoke access now. It loses access at once.

Export or delete your data

Open Me → Account. Export my data gives you a copy of your boards and settings. Delete account and data removes your account and everything in it.

Something looks wrong on a card

Open the card and tap More to see which assistant added it, when, and its sources. Dismiss it if it isn't useful.
