Day App

Reading

A short read when you're done, and then it stops

When your plan is finished, Day App offers something to read. It's never mixed in with your cards, and it doesn't go on forever.

Sources you choose

Choose reading feeds in the app. The reading shows what those sources published today, then ends. Opening an article loads the publisher's own site. Pictures in feeds are optional.

  • Your own cards always come first, and reading never sits above or between them
  • "Relax" in the filter skips straight to reading when you need a break
  • Assistants can see which feeds you chose, to fit suggestions to your interests, but can't change them
The end of the plan: your plan is done, here's something to read, with Choose feeds

Short reads from your assistant

Ask about something and your assistant can leave a short read for later: a few paragraphs, the key points and the sources it used, each with the time it was checked.

On This Day

If you turn it on, Day App shows photos from your phone that were taken on this date in earlier years. The photos never leave your phone.

A short read opened full screen with paragraphs about Land Rovers in the mountains

About promotions

After ten reading items you may see one promotion for another product made by Vaitly, the company behind Day App. It's always labelled, you can skip it, and it's never a pop-up. There are never ads from other companies, never any among your own cards, and nothing about you is used to choose them. See Vaitly's other products.
